At ZikLive, we believe music is a personal experience that should remain secure. This Privacy Policy is intended to transparently inform you about how we collect, store, use and protect your personal information when you browse our website and use our mobile application. By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read the practices described below.

Data collection is strictly limited to information necessary to provide an optimal and secure ZikLive experience:

Data sharing is strictly limited to technical service providers involved in the operation, maintenance and security of the service:

In the event of a manual deletion request, complete erasure from our cloud backups occurs within 30 to 90 days maximum for technical reasons.

ZikLive uses a hybrid data architecture. Session data and user preferences are stored locally on your device via local storage technologies (Local Storage/IndexedDB) or secure caching mechanisms.
This local persistence reduces latency and optimizes bandwidth consumption. Simultaneously, critical data is asynchronously synchronized with Cloud services. We use data reconciliation protocols to ensure the integrity of your favorites, even during network switches (offline-to-online sync).
11. Policy Amendments and Updates
As the digital and legislative landscape evolves, ZikLive reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any substantial change (change in processing purpose, new third-party partners) will be subject to specific notification:
- Via an information banner upon your first login following the update.
- Via push notification within the application if you have consented to this channel.
- Via email for users with an authenticated account.
Continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new version.
12. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
ZikLive is committed to amicably resolving any dispute regarding the management of your personal data. Failing agreement, you have the legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL) in France or the equivalent authority in your country of residence.
Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of this policy will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the publisher's headquarters, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
